David B. Norvell CEO/Founder:

David Norvell brings nearly 20 years of industry experience into Paradise Medical Billing and Consulting.  David began nearly 20 years ago working at paying claims at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa.  David learned Medical Terminology, Coding and Payer rules to form the basis of his experience.  In recent years David has worked and been an Operations Director for two web based Practice Management and Billing companies.  David’s knowledge includes working at Payer Clearinghouses, Technical Support of Medical Payer transactions, as well as training and installation of Practice Management and Billing systems.  David has also been an EDI Consultant, Sales Trainer, and Business Development Director during his long career.  David has also been in the trenches so to speak, he has posted payments, called Insurance companies, entered claims, so he can understand the basics and fundamentals of insurance.  With this wide variety of experience, David brings the guidance, leadership and understanding to weave through the Medical Billing and Insurance industry. 

Marcia L. Norvell CFO, Support Coordinator

Marcia Norvell brings a background of Facility Management, and Financial expertise in her long career in Building Trades, and planning for facilities of many sizes across many industries.  Marcia can help an office plan for its electrical, and inspection requirements as well as make sure that HIPAA security measure for protection of documents can be maintained.  Marcia is lending her expertise in these areas and experience to become a well rounded member of the Management team.  Marcia Norvell is responsible for all technical and financial aspects of Paradise Medical Billing and Consulting.  Marcia is also responsible for maintaining the staffing and support people for the company.
