• Help Design your Super Bill/Encounter Form
• Enter all Patient Demographic information
• Enter all Insurance information
• Enter your Superbill information including Diagnosis and CPT Codes
• File all Claims electronically and or on paper Primary and Secondary
• Manage and send all Patient Statements and patient phone calls with questions on their bills.
• Provide a 800 number for them to call, freeing up your office to Practice Medicine.
• Post all Insurance Payments
• Do all Insurance follow up on all claims We do all of the above for a very small setup fee and competitive easy to understand rates. We charge on the Percentage of money we collect, this includes insurance companies and patient payments and co pays.

Paradise Basic:

Perhaps your office has the time to enter patients, enter claims but no time to follow up on claims, statements, patient problems or Payer issues?

We can train your office staff to use the system and still become your financial partner by handling all the financial issues.

We can then charge a lower rate as you are doing the patient demographic work. We also offer competitive rates for this service.
